I was relocating from Toronto to Niagara Falls on fairly short notice and wanted to purchase a home. Jay made it all work, and found me a place that I love under a pretty tight time crunch and a limited budget. I was originally looking in the greater region and Jay took me around all over searching for the right spot. I love my new house! Thanks Jay!

Jay Cupolo guided us through our first home buying experience. We were unable to get a pre-approval for a mortgage, yet he continued to devote his time to us when other agents refused to work for us. As it turns out, he showed us our home on a Friday night at 9 pm with short notice, we placed our offer, and got the house for more than $3000 below listing price with his support and expertise. The process was smooth despite the stressful process that first-time home buying can be. He has continued to keep in touch and answer all of our questions after we moved in. He developed a five-year plan thinking ahead, planning how to gain equity and build our future. The icing on the cake? The seller took our washer and dryer leaving us with broken laundry appliances and Mr. Cupolo purchased us a brand new washer without hesitation within the week of moving in. We will be recommending Jay Cupolo to everyone we know and look forward to working with him in the future.

Words cannot express the extent of excellence I experienced while buying my home with Jay. I was always made to feel important and valuable and the support I received never stopped even after the purchase of my home. Jay has always been incredibly professional, always made himself available, and always provided a level of superior customer service! Even the referrals Jay provided have exceeded expectations! I wholeheartedly put all my trust and faith in Jay in making such a large investment and important life decision. Thank you Jay for all that you do!

I met Jay one year ago when I was considering buying my first home. After he spent many days with me looking at available houses, I decided it was not the right time for me to purchase. He was extremely patient and understanding, and a year later I called him ready to buy. He was very informative, helped me every step of the way, and made my experience much less stressful. He understood my needs and what I was looking for, and he helped me find my first home! I am extremely grateful for all of his help! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking for a real estate agent, and I will definitely ask him to be my agent again when the time comes to sell.

People tell me that the process of buying a house can be difficult and stressful. They clearly didn't have Jay Cupolo working his magic for them. Jay worked hard through the entire process to ensure I felt little to no stress. He took care of every detail from the first visit to see my new home through to the end of the closing date. Anytime I started to feel anxiety about any issue Jay was there with his calm, reassuring manner. I knew I could call him with any questions or just for a pep talk when I needed reassurance that everything would work out. I would never want to have any other Agent by my side. Thank you Jay!
