Rick is a professional real estate agent, one you want working with you. I have worked with Rick buying and selling real estate, both great experiences. When purchasing, Rick showed me multiple options and negotiated like an old pro saving me thousands. Listing with Rick was an easy process and the property sold quickly for over asking price! What really stands out when listing with Rick is the professional quality pictures. Rick's wide angled camera takes amazing pictures for the exposure on the MLS listing, which makes the world of difference. You will appreciate Rick's down to business attitude, he will make your buying or selling property a great experience!

I’ve used Rick 3 times in the past 5 years! 3 houses bought and 2 sold. Each process was stress free and very enjoyable. He showed my wife and I several houses that fit our criteria and helped us reach our goal of getting our forever home! Highly recommend! Fun, knowledgeable and highly motivated, Rick is a fantastic realtor.

My wife and I had Rick sell our condo in Toronto and help us find a house in St. Catharines a couple years ago. Rick knocked it out of the park with both tasks. He took great pictures of the condo and it sold in less than a week. He found us an awesome house that ticked all the boxes and closed our deal exactly on our budget. I honestly wouldn’t go with any other another agent again, Rick is our agent for life now. Friendly, great sense of humor and most importantly knowledgeable with real expertise in the real estate game. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend Rick to anyone buying or selling. A class act!

As a first time home buyer I can admit I was definitely a little nervous in the beginning. Rick absolutely eased my nerves as soon as I met with him. He showed me 15 houses in less then a week and I managed to find exactly what I was looking for... way under my budget might I add! I would 100% recommend Rick to anyone!

I purchased my first income with Ricks help and he came through in aces. I was willing to pay asking and he said " i think we can get them down a bit". He was right and saved me a bundle!!! This shows that he is always in your corner and will do the whats best for his clients. I would highly recommend him.
