James was very proactive regarding next steps to sell my house if it didn't sell quickly. He had open houses and took time to speak with neighbours in the area. He was terrific in communicating feedback he received from other agents and keeping me informed with the number of showings I was getting. He’s very friendly, professional and honest. He worked very hard to stage my house and get the price I wanted because he listened to what my needs and expectations were. Thank you James for all your hard work!

We chose James to sell our house after he found the perfect house for us to purchase. We got the price we wanted for both and sold in less than a week. Great service, honest and up -front advice. Highly recommend James and will be calling him again in the future!

James helped us purchase our dream home right smack in the middle of the real estate market “crash” in the GTA. I cannot say enough positive things about James. He found the listing for our dream home in less than a week (and our list of “must haves” was enormous), negotiated a tough deal, kept us informed and as relaxed as possible every step of the way. Professional, courteous, and an all around good guy, James guided us through our search, purchase, and move with a smile and with bottomless patience. If you want a realtor you can trust - someone who’s in it for you and your family - call James.

James is real. Sitting around the dining table drafting offers didn't feel like a business transaction; it was friends navigating first time home ownership together. You can ask any question to James without feeling dumb. He will take the time to explain everything in depth. He put up with all of our requests, day and night, and on the weekends. Never did we feel pressure to do anything we weren't comfortable with. Most importantly he is not a "salesman" but he will get you a great sale!
