We loved our experience with Monica Gupta. As first time home selling, Monica made selling our home easy . Because of her guidance and marking our home, we got higher than asking price and home sold so fast. She was there throughout the entire process and was always available when we had any of questions. We couldn't have asked for a better real estate agent! Thank you Monica.

I had the pleasure of using Monica's services. She has very calm and supportive approach. As purchasing an investment home is a very expensive decision, she guided us to make sure the decision was a wise one. Even after purchase she shared her expertise in helping us find the right tenant. She has a resource of contacts to help repair/upgrade your property. I would recommend Monica for sure.
