I have used James for serval apartment leases and buying our home. He ALWAYS finds just what we're looking for. I have referred him to all my family or friends that need an agent. He is talented, funny, very efficient and great to work with. He knows everything about the ever changing market. Any question I have ever had he was able to answer it for me. I will always use him for any real estate needs and I will always refer him to anyone who needs one as well.

James was an absolute treat to work with, even in a complex market. He made us feel both supported and empowered throughout the whole process. I can't recommend him highly enough - would give six stars if possible! He's a skilled professional, giving all the time needed to ensure that clients are well-informed and that they're getting excellent value for money. He takes pride in understanding the nuances of Toronto neighbourhoods and even particular streets and services. James is one of the warmest and most generous people you could ever meet, so it's no wonder his clients adore him as well as their new homes.

James helped us to rent our Toronto house during a work period abroad. He did an excellent job of marketing the property and finding the right tenants. He continues to help with managing any issues with the property while we are away and is always responsive to any queries we might have. Highly recommended. Thanks James.

James is professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and incredibly accommodating. Such a pleasure to work with him. Couldn’t have asked for better care with my purchase. Took care of every loose end for me and made it so I didn’t have to worry about anything at all. Over all, incredible experience. Highly recommend
