I was referred to Dam homes by a friend and I was very glad that I availed myself of their services. Kayla and Thomas are very professional and they were able to explain parts of the process that I was unfamiliar with. They took the time to learn what I was looking for in a home and selected ideal options for viewings. I am now settled into my new home and the Dams have taken the time to follow up with me to ensure all is well and answer any additional questions. I will be recommending their services to my friends and colleagues.

Thomas was incredibly helpful in helping my roommate and myself find our first downtown Toronto apartment. He is very knowledgeable and professional, and was able to answer all of our questions and educate us on the overall process of renting. He was also very adaptable to our changing criteria. We would likely not have been able to find our perfect apartment without Thomas!

When we first started looking for a property we were a small family looking to find a bigger place. We met Thomas through a friend and when looking for our first place Thomas was very informative and guided us step by step as new homeowners. Having small kids made it hard for us to schedule viewings but Thomas was very accommodating to our schedule. After a couple of searches it didn't take long before we came to a decision and now we're homeowners! Thanks to Thomas' knowledge and professionalism we found a place in this crazy market. I would highly recommend Thomas to any friends looking to purchase a home. Thanks again Thomas!

Kayla is a fantastic realtor. She is knowledgeable about the market and is attentive to details (which I truly appreciate). When choosing my unit, I had A LOT of questions about the process, financing and future expectations of property ownership. She was able to answer them all as well as provide me the direction to acquire more information for my own research. She is patient and courteous. I am looking forward to doing business with her in the future. I would definitely recommend her.

Kayla helped me with my first downtown rental, and again when I when I bought my first condo. She was patient, friendly, and professional throughout both processes, and was dedicated to finding me the best home. I will definitely be working with Kayla again when I decide to buy a house, and would recommend Dam Homes to anyone else looking to find a home in Toronto!
