Cam and Raiana are the only agents we will ever use!! They have helped us navigate the market, put in multiple offers on many properties, and sold multiple listings for us. Both are very knowledgeable about the market and will help in any way they can and answer your questions. If they don’t know an answer they will research and find the correct answer for you. Hardest working agents I have ever worked with!! You will not go wrong using them to sell or buy your home!!

Raiana and Cam are great! They have a super cool approach to marketing their homes while showcasing the best features of the home. They have an amazingly developed network which totally helps clients move their properties quickly! As a business referral partner, I feel confident in recommending our mortgage clients to them. I know they are in good hands!

Cam is one one the most professional real Estate agents I have ever come across. My family is very involved in the real estate business and wouldn’t trust our investments with anyone else. Cam is quick to answer and always willing to help. I highly recommend Cam and the Schwenker team for all of your real estate needs!

I've worked with Cam and Raiana on multiple real estate transactions. They are highly professional, savvy, and informative businesspeople. They use the latest technology to get broad and swift market exposure. They are results oriented and really care about their clients. If you're looking to buy or sell a property, these two will exceed your expectations.
