I called Royal lepage to put my house up for sale and they connected me with Lisa. Lisa came by and showed she had a lot of knowledge of the prices in the area. We set a price that I was happy with and put the house up for sale. I left for vacation the next day, which was a Friday. She had 25+ showings between Friday and Sunday. By Sunday night I had a few offers and agreed to one of them which was more than my asking. HOUSE SOLD. This doesn't really give you the whole picture. During the period before it was up for sale Lisa was instrumental in making the house look the just perfect for showing. This is very important. She is always there for you when you have questions and never had an issue the whole time. Thanks Lisa for the awesome work!!
