Report Rahul Saha to the Real Estate Board Of Toronto and expose this unscrupulous Agent to others so that he does not get away with this type of unethical and money grabbing act. The Real Estate Board and RECO has to hold him and other accountable as they is a registered AGENT. Take their registration away from them!

Great service

We found that one of their agent, Rahul Saha is an unscrupulous, money greedy and unethical sales agent. My boyfriend was cheated out of purchasing a house by Rahul Saha who is a Remax sales agent at 885 Progress ave, Scarb. My boyfriend’s agent sent him a listing of a house just recently listed (that same evening) saying it was being listed by Mr Rahul Saha (seller agent) who he knows. We immediately showed interest. However, later we found out that Mr Rahul upon knowing of our interest right away contacted his own client and that person put an offer right away at night! (without visiting). Since Rahul knew we were planning a visit for the following morning, he advised that client to use delay tactic (client didn't visit house; put an offer right away of 5 days conditions of financing and inspection to buy time). So now he becomes a double agent, representing the seller and the buyer (his own client).I also learned that this client has already purchased another house with Rahul Saha, again Mr Rahul Saha being a double agent so double commission. Moreover, I learned that this client was not qualified for another mortgage with the bank (he applied at several bank within those 5 days and got declined) and having difficulty getting financing. At the end of the last 5 days (evening time), Mr Saha then told my boyfriend and me if we could meet with him he can help us get that house when the as soon as his clients conditions expire that day (he said better work with him than the other agent. I felt sorry for the other agent with which we had no agreement but we felt there was no other way). So my boyfriend met Rahul who made him sign the buyer representation agreement with him so that he could get my boyfriend the house as soon as the other clients’ conditions expire. However, night time Rahul called us saying that the other buyer just 1hr before expiration date waived all conditions. It is our strong suspicion (backed a comment made by Rahul) that some suspicious transaction was done to get that other buyer to “qualify for a mortgage” last mins. Moreover, we strongly suspect that Rahul was working to get his client financing while he made us come over and get my boyfriend to sign the client representative agreement with him and acquire a new client! This is an unethical way to get new client by promising something that you cannot deliver. We feel that we have been scammed by that Sales Rep who keeps getting twice the commissions, the brokerage proving financing to unqualified candidates and too many unethical chains of events which are raising our suspicions. Next we and our advice to you is if you want to avoid frustrations and wasting your time is to be more vigilant and ask more questions.
