Stu is so easy to deal with. We found him to be honest, up front and to the point. We sold quick, at full price with no anxiety. He continues to serve us well and the relationship is now one of friendship. There is no other choice. We would recommend him to our friends and family in an instant.

I bought a house listed by Stuart Clelland, and what a disaster living here. The house is almost unliviable and almost all its problems were never incorporated in the listing as being huge problems. From the plumbing, to the appliances, the foundation, the awful area it's situated in, rotten neighbors, misleading issues with the roof and pictures on the listing that were enhanced and photoshopped. Maybe I should have seen this money pit in the winter, then made my decision. I don't even know if I re-listed and tried to sell it now, would anyone even buy it! And the building inspectors that were recommended Done Right Inspections failed to see almost half the issues wrong with the place, and didn't inspect in detail, the worst issues possible inside the home. I would think twice when looking at any homes listed by this agent, unless the buyer wants to live a miserable existence in a home they thought was a good place to buy. Totally miserable! I'm almost tempted to call a lawyer because of this deception! Think twice!!! As I’ve been reading the listing, my favourite part is the description of the wrap around staircase. This staircase is atrocious and worse then I actually thought it was. And as I’ve been doing renovations slowly, apparently, the entire house is hollow at the bottom, and could potentially collapse at anytime! Think someone would have recommended that this house isn’t suitable for an expecting mother. Lethal drops into the river, a completely rotten roof that claimed to be new when I bought the house. Water that comes out green and black, a broken septic system that needs constant salt. And not to mention Broken kitchen appliances, no range hood, list doesn’t stop!

I have been dealing with Stuart for years and he has always gone above and beyond to help me and give me the best advice, even when there was nothing in it for him. He helped us find our first home, our first rental property. More recently with his help and advice we purchased our second rental property, we kept it for 18 months and after several discussions with Stuart on his advice we decided to sell it. He sold it within a week and we couldn't be happier as it was totally the right thing to do. He is trustworthy, knowledgeable about the market and extremely hard working, he is also a very good friend and I would never consider dealing with anyone else.

My experience with Stuart Clelland was AMAZING!!! Both with selling my house within days of listing it and getting my asking price to taking me out until I found the house of my dreams. Buying a house can be very overwhelming or very exciting and Stuart made my experience house selling/buying unforgettable. Stuart Clelland is the Realistate agent to use if your buying or selling !!!!
