First and foremost, Paula Rea is an exceedingly outstanding agent. I feel so grateful to have worked with Paula on the recent sale of our home for so many reasons. First and foremost, her knowledge of real estate goes beyond the normal job duties. In spite of a long career in real estate, Paula is a lifelong learner and always seeking opportunities to acquire new skills such as photography and staging of our home; builder's licensing which equips her with structural expertise to benefit her client whether selling or buying. Without a doubt, Paula is immersed in the Rochester community and often supporting/leading events to give back to the community she serves. Without a doubt, I will "never" look further than Paula Rea and the Linda Rea Team for my future real estate needs. Thank you, Paula, for going above and beyond for our family!!!

Paula did a great job for us. She is very knowledgeable, professional, and easy to talk to. It was a pleasure to work with her. She sold our house quickly, got us our asking price and made sure that the appraisal and inspection supported it. She was there every step of the way and negotiated terms so we could stay in our house until our new house was built, which was a big relief to us. I would recommend Paula to anyone selling their home. She is an outstanding realtor and a truly good person.

As a Real Estate Attorney, I've dealt with tons of Realtors and Brokers. Paula and her team are easily among the very best I have ever dealt with. She gave us the guidance to get our house ready for sale so that when she listed it, within 2 days it was under contract for above asking! I have been very happy and very impressed every step of the way.

Paula has always been amazing. She is so patient, always available when we need her, so knowledgeable with the housing market, and always willing to educate us. She truly always had our best interest at heart and I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Before this Holiday Season commences into sparkling crisp sounds & scents, crinkly laughter and traditional memories, we have to take a moment and give thanks for Paula Rea-Johnston, realtor unbelievable! Paula will champion for you to help you reach your goal, whether buying or selling. She is genuine, honest, diplomatic and well-informed. All of these characteristics combine to make her THE person you should seek to get your real estate needs met. Paula will help you learn your potential, and she will show you the way to realize that potential. We know because she just helped my partner and I obtain what was merely a big wish in only 68 days. We are now forever HOME for the Holidays. A very Big and Gracious "Thank You" to Paula Rea-Johnston at Real Estate One from Kevin McDonald & Paula Porter.
