Jay is an extraordinary agent! His advice for pricing, decluttering and staging was invaluable. Jay guided us and personally helped us thereby making the process of preparing the house, showing the house and selling the house very easy. He was ALWAYS available if we had a question and his calm, practical manner eased the stress of selling our family home. I cannot recommend Jay Cupolo highly enough!

Jay went above and beyond to get our house sold. I was living remotely and he helped me do a lot of things with the property that I couldn't do because I wasn't there. He promptly answered all of the time even beyond normal working hours on evenings & weekends.

Great experience. Jay sold the properties fairly and in a timely manner. I would recommend Jay to anyone seeking a good knowledgeable, solid agent.

I met Jay one year ago when I was considering buying my first home. After he spent many days with me looking at available houses, I decided it was not the right time for me to purchase. He was extremely patient and understanding, and a year later I called him ready to buy. He was very informative, helped me every step of the way, and made my experience much less stressful. He understood my needs and what I was looking for, and he helped me find my first home! I am extremely grateful for all of his help! He was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice. I strongly recommend him for anyone looking for a real estate agent, and I will definitely ask him to be my agent again when the time comes to sell.

I was relocating from Toronto to Niagara Falls on fairly short notice and wanted to purchase a home. Jay made it all work, and found me a place that I love under a pretty tight time crunch and a limited budget. I was originally looking in the greater region and Jay took me around all over searching for the right spot. I love my new house! Thanks Jay!
