My boyfriend and I recently purchased a house with the assistance of Art House Reality and Nick Horton. Nick was recommended to us through a friend and has been great to work with. He is honest, quick to respond and patient. He laid out a clear plan and kept us focused on quality properties based on what we wanted and needed. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had. He checked in with us throughout the entire process to make sure we had everything we needed. As first time buyers, he helped us get a better understanding of the overall housing market and helped us narrow down which neighbourhoods we were most interested in. We are very happy with both our house and our decision to use Nick as our agent. We highly recommend Nick and will definitely use his services again in the future!

Signed my lease with Nick and was charged a security deposit of $1000 on top of last months rent by himself and my landlord which I did not know at the time to be illegal in Ontario. Don't be fooled if you have just moved here into paying this fee. I have not yet received this back from Nick nor my landlord David Droeske and have lost communications which is why I will be taking this to court.

Nick is not only a phenomenal real estate agent, but also an exceptional humanbeing. I was really having trouble navigating the Toronto housing market on my own, wasn't sure what areas to consider, and had no idea how to analyze the current trends and read between the lines with listings. Nick was patient, understanding, professional, and when it came down to making a deal he was an efficient and competitive negotiator. If it wasn't for Nick, I definitely wouldn't have found my next home and would not have had the confidence to be an aggressive participant in the Toronto real estate market. Nick came highly recommended to me by a close friend and he is the only agent I will be recommending to my friends and family. He is the first and only call you need to make when searching for your next GTA property.

I'm an architect and seasoned real estate investor, and being involved in the industry and knowing a lot of well-experienced and well-known real estate agents and brokers I decided to go with Nick to help sell my prized downtown hard loft and I'm very happy that I did and the results could not have been better! Don't be swayed by the many overly-aggressive agents who bombard you with countless flyers, postcards, real estate reports, sales claims, and email blasts/spam -- they typically are not as personable and don't have the time to serve in your best interest. I'd rather depend on someone who would rather spend their time on their clients than relentlessly soliciting everyone in the city and wasting tons of paper in the process, which I find highly annoying. I appreciate Nick's fresh perspective and approach, and was very accommodating and accessible during the entire process of my sale. I especially like his approachable and down-to-earth attitude with not a hint of pretense or egotism you find in some agents. Nick is also ambitious and hard working which I highly value. I highly recommend Nick whether you are selling or buying, his positive and smart work ethic stands out from the crowd.

Nick is great to work with. We went to him because we knew that he would understand our desire and need--he would "get it", and assist accordingly. We weren't interested in expending time on loads of properties, we were interested in a focused search that fit our criteria. Nick "got it" and the search was quick and easy for us. Things came together nicely and we jumped. We moved at the very last minute and he accommodated without issue. He bid hard for us and when we didn't get the property, we up-ed the offer (again) at the very last minute and sealed the deal. He persevered to the end and was bullish in his approach (which was needed). More than happy to recommend Nick!
