Gavin was awesome. Caring, smart, professional - you name it. An agent I would work with again for sure. Apartment/condo searching can be very stressful and it wasn't at all because of Gavin. Very down to earth, very chill, and above all, very honest! He will help you find the house/condo/apartment that's right for you and not stop until you're happy. He is very passionate about the work he does and it shows in the best way.

Couldn’t be happier with the services provided by Gavin Fong and my stunning new loft unit! After renting for a number of years, I decided to take advantage of the low interest rates and buy a property for myself. As a single first-time homebuyer in Toronto, and knowing nothing about real estate, it was a steep learning curve. Throughout the entire process, Gavin made me feel empowered and was always there to answer my questions – simple and complex. He clearly explained to me the types of costs and benefits I should consider when buying a home and listened to my search criteria. Gavin worked around my schedule to organize viewings and when a listing came up that was perfect, he wasted no time in getting a viewing and submitting an offer. I truly believe that Gavin’s diligence and timely negotiating skills were a major factor in having my original offer accepted. Gavin is knowledgeable, hard-working and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or rent.

Gavin was very helpful while we looked for a new place to rent. He was always available to answer questions and went above and beyond our expectations during the entire process. Highly recommended
