Paul it was such a pleasure to work with you. You are so knowledgeable and helpful. You guided me throughout the whole process of selling my home with no surprises. I can not say enough on how you remained so positive throughout some challenging times with my tenants. Paul you are the best at what you do. I thank you. Sincerely, Gina Fortis

Paul and his team were fantastic. We can’t say enough about the professional and calming way that Paul led us through the process of selling our home. Right from day one, he was on top of things. Paul suggested upgrades we should do to our home to get the highest offer possible. Not only did he recommend what we should do, but also items that weren’t worth the effort and cost. His recommendations were spot on. The contractors Paul suggested for the interior upgrades and landscaping were very competent, accommodating and did an excellent job of transforming our home into a house worthy of the listing price. Paul and his team were quickly on top of things when we needed help on a number of items. Paul made arrangements for everything we asked for, from landscaping to deep cleaning to staging our house. Paul was always there for us. He answered our questions and alleviated our anxieties when were physically and mentally overwhelmed and questioning our decision to sell and relocate. Paul researched and kept a constant watch on the real estate market overall and in our neighbourhood so as to provide us with a realistic listing price and the best strategies on the timing and process of the sale. Paul also covered all of the advertising bases through his multi media marketing approach and materials. The interactive virtual tour video of our home was exceptionally done! In a word, Paul and his team were awesome! We can’t thank Paul enough for reassuringly leading us through this process and on getting top dollar for our home.

Paul and the team were fantastic. What we appreciated most is that he showed us a variety of places and then quickly picked up on what we gravitated towards and then everything after was something that would have worked for us. Looking forward to moving into our new place!

Paul was fantastic to work with in our search for a new home. He was extremely knowledgeable, honest, responsive, patient and never once did we feel any degree of frustration or pressure from him (even though it took us several months to find a house we would even consider putting an offer in on). He and his colleague Alex Slate also leased our condo (investment property) for us after we bought our house and were fantastic to work with throughout that process as well. We would, and regularly do, highly recommend Paul and his team for all your real estate needs!

Paul and his Team were outstanding! The whole process was smooth and enjoyable. In the end, with his guidance, we not only got a property we loved (in a highly competitive market) but we also got a fair market price for it! Thank you Paul for all your support including going above and beyond industry standard!!!

Paul was professional and remained positive, even when I was discouraged. He was confident and friendly while dealing with my difficult tenants. He handled the staging and ensured the property was checked on regularly. Paul and his team took care of every aspect of the sale of my condo. They did all the leg work, allowing me to continue my schedule stress free; I knew Paul was on top of things.
