We have used Ken now for 2 homes and he has been one of the most knowledgeable and professional agents we have had the pleasure to work with. His attention to our needs, detail and budget has allowed us to get our dream home. Ken follows and has an amazing understanding for the housing market. Throughout the process of purchasing a home we never felt forgotten with Ken. He makes the process of selling your home or buying a home as smooth as possible. Definitely would use him again and recommend him to anyone looking for an agent in Toronto.

Explains the various options available when addressing the transaction. Open minded approach, wealth of experience and refreshing personality. A winner for both sides.

Excellent Team! Ken and his team is very professional, very detail orientated with loads of experience. Methodical in his whole approach - to finding a property to negotiating the terms of the Sale Agreement, to closing and delivering the end result. I feel that Ken genuinely has my best interest at heart, this helps to lead all the decisions we make together on putting offers in on potential projects. Nothing but great experiences working with the Team. Looking forward to working with Ken and the Team in the future

When me and my wife were looking to buy our first house, we called Ken to help us in our search. Ken came highly recommended from a number of friends of ours and he didn’t disappoint. He is very professional, extremely knowledgeable and without Ken’s expert help I know we wouldn’t have found such a great house. I highly recommend Ken for your real estate needs!

Ken is rare. He is very smart, knowledgeable, respectful and always operates with the highest integrity. He cares about giving you all the information he can. He asks first about you, your situation and your concerns so he can directly address your needs. He is not high pressure in the least. I️ highly recommend Ken for both commercial and residential. Ken is the professor! Polished, but much more concerned with educating you about your asset and the market than he is about just landing your business.
