I have worked with Sandra for over 5 years buying and selling properties that range from 240K to 3.7M and have had the most amazing experiences. She embraced me with her warm, comfortable style and made sure that I was 100% satisfied before signing on the dotted line. Her knowledge of the industry and candid feedback are exceptional and she made me feel supported throughout. Sandra will fight for the best deal whether buying or selling and will always put your needs first. You couldn't ask for a better agent than Sandra Rinomato!!

Waste of our time. Came in and met Sandra on our first visit where she told us she didn't have the time for us and introduced the agent who would be working with us. I'm not sure either of us remembered his name just days later. He was slow responding to us, terrible at finding and presenting options that fit our criteria, and we didn't get out to see a single property. A couple of weeks later, it became clear this was going nowhere, so we stopped reaching out to the agent and let the remainder of our three month buyer representation agreement lapse. Our next agent came up with plenty of options, took us around to see a lot of properties, and over the next few months we bought a couple of condos. The difference in service was night-and-day, and the results spoke for themselves.

Sandra has to be the most self centered, person I have ever meet, She tried to sell houses in 7 different states in the U.S.A. and did not fair well anywhere. she is back in Toronto because nobody else would hire her. If you are seriously looking for a house in T.O. Do youre self a favor and homework and do not call someone that does not care about you and only cares about how much money she can make on the deal. I would not buy a dog house from Sandra let alone a 2 million dollar house. She is the reason why people do not trust agents. It is a good thing that she has her own agency because no one would put up with her B.S. Dave
