My agent was professional and extremely helpful. He provided recommendations for styling and timelines for showings and offers. His powerful negotiation skills got us the highest amount for a bungalow in our area, ever!

Great company to work with and for. The culture here is absolutely amazing, the front desk staff are polite, friendly, and efficient. I wouldn't want to work anywhere else. If you are thinking of buying, selling, or working in Real Estate be sure to consider Keller Williams Advantage.

DO your best not to deal with this company. The agent was nice at first glance but when we asked if we could see the locker he said he didn't have the key. When we asked can we see the parking space he responded with " It's there, why do you need to see it?" We aren't too pushy so we let it be. After we submitted our lease and the landlord accepted our offer the agent was very quick about asking for the cheques made out to Keller Williams, however he would not provide a legible copy of the lease. He took a photo of the signed lease and sent it to us. It was blurry and we could not even read the locker number on the lease so we had boxes piling up on us in the condo. We requested proper documentation (scanned copies of the lease) 4 times and it was never provided. We received a convenient fourth response ( on move in day) in the form of a rude email telling us that it was our problem and to ask the landlord to scan the signed lease for and asking us to apologize to him for hurting his feelings. We hadn't even met the landlord at this point. This in my opinion is just a lazy and immature way of doing business. The best part is after all this, we talked to the landlord about what happened and he told us he didn't even know this agent. He was under the impression that his friend, another agent at Keller Williams, had met with us and showed us the property. So even our landlord was not told by his OWN friend that another agent from the firm would be handling the property because he was too busy. Unbelievable and utterly unprofessional.

I'm having a bad day. They called me unsolicited and when I objected they said they were sorry I was having a bad day. I asked for her number so I can start caller her at 3:00 AM when I get up. I would not recommend this company, if this stupidity is the usual behavior of that office you now know yu can't trust them. Get a real broker not some bandit who calls and yells at you.
