Patrick demystified the nuances of buying and selling in the Toronto market with charm and humour. He was incredibly generous with his time and consistently responsive to our questions. We joked that he was our “gentle prodder”: he kept us moving through the process with an understanding and supportive manner, guiding us through the ins and outs and all the details while keeping our focus on the big picture and our goals, not letting us get bogged down in the details. His advice for staging was spot on – he kept us focused on what was important! When it came to the crucial stage, he proved himself to be a skilled negotiator, keeping all aspects of the sale in mind, smoothly asking for corrections to offers and keeping the ball rolling smoothly and amicably for all involved. Patrick ensured we got a good price buying and selling! Patrick was a pleasure to work with and we highly recommend him to anyone who is considering buying or selling!
