The best Real Estate agency in the city. You'll find the best in Ara. We've used him to sell both of our homes. He sold them quickly and got top dollar both times. Look no further, you'll find the best right here!

Ara and the Spring Realty team took care of the sale of our house from start to finish with a level of care and professionalism that was impressive. Spring's forward-thinking internet marketing and social media marketing program helped bring in over 100 people to our open house alone, not to mention the flurry of appointments leading up to and after the open house weekend. We received multiple offers and settled on a price that exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend Spring Realty to anyone looking for an agency that "gets it" in the Toronto market. Thanks again.

I had been contemplating a downsize for a while - kids launched, travel temptations, etc. Having lived in Leslieville for five years, and loving the neighbourhood, the search for my new home had to be here! On one of my frequent wanders in Leslieville I discovered the Spring Realty office on Colgate Ave. I'm so glad I dropped in for a chat with Ara! I got an immediate sense of heart for Leslieville - the businesses, community, dogs, etc. I looked at many properties with Ara or Sherry and finally settled on an exclusive new build. Thankfully, Ara was available and present for the meetings with the developer and helped me sift through the purchase agreement details. When selling my house, offers were immediate, competitive. and above asking. Done in five days thanks to Ara's marketing and realistic pricing. Yes, Spring Realty is also full of personality. What is that round sign all about? I'd say worth putting one in front of your house when the time comes!
