I have been working with Reza for over 7 years now – he is extremely knowledgeable, responsible, professional and goes over and above every time. I very much rely on his advice and experience and have always been happy with not only the end result but also with the process. I have introduced and recommended Reza to friends who in turn have started working with him and recommending him to their friends and which clearly speaks to the quality of the work he does! I look forward to continuing working with closely with Reza over the coming years.

Reza has been an invaluable advisor to our family for the past two years and has helped us grow our downtown Toronto real estate portfolio with sage advice and hand-selected premium properties. He has taken the time to develop a relationship of trust and to truly understand our investment model. I consider him a vital member of my personal investment team and would highly recommend him to any serious investor.

Reza is professional & above all has lot of patience. I Recently rented my apartment through Reza & wow what a difference renting through him & with my previous agent. He always looks for client's interest. I had a tenant who is leaving the apartment & is difficult to work with. The way Reza handles him require a lot of patience & professionalism. He found me the new tenant within a day & take care of everything flawlessly. I am lucky to find him.

Reza helped me purchase my Toronto over 10 years ago. While I don't live in it anymore, I still own it and rent it out. Since I don't live in Canada, Reza has continued to help me find quality tenants and overall assist when I need help on the ground. From helping find a great apartment to purchase to assisting with tenants and keeping me up-to-date on the Toronto real estate market, Reza always provides prompt and reliable service and I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell their property in Toronto.
