Debby is awesome! You couldn't be in better hands. I purchased a wonderful home in Toronto last summer when the market was going crazy. It was a difficult market and, admittedly, I was a difficult client at times. Debby always listened to me calmly and attentively. I never felt that I was getting less than her full attention, or getting less than her full commitment to finding me what I wanted. She has a wealth of useful information at her fingertips, and she provided me with sound advice at every turn. Her people skills are excellent and her dealings with other agents were always calm and very professional. She never shied away from addressing difficult issues, and there were lots of them!

I highly, highly recommend Deborah Winer! The task of putting a house up for sale for someone who has lived in it for 50 years is a huge undertaking with numerous details to tend to, and even greater challenges given the recent change in the real estate market. But Deb professionally and calmly handled all of this and we were thrilled with the result. Along the way, she was always available to answer questions, guide us when needed, and personally helped us with so many things (even recommending a great moving company!) it is impossible to list them all... but suffice it to say you can depend on Deb and she will never let you down. I also note that she treats everyone, buyers and sellers, with the utmost respect and honesty and this was very important for us. Thanks Deb!

Deborah Winer is an excellent real estate agent. She is competant, patient and knowledgeable. Deborah found us a beautiful condo. She gave us a virtual tour from her phone walking through the unit. We live out of town and we purchased it without physically seeing the place. We trusted her as she came highly recommended by a previous client. She made everything go smoothly. We went to see the place a week before the closing. Everything was in order. We are renting the place out for the next two years and because Deborah personally took great professional photos she was able to rent the place for us within a few days. She went beyond the call of duty looking after every detail. We highly recommend Deborah as an efficient agent. Sabina and Myer

Debby is a committed and extremely motivated agent. She WILL get the job done no matter what. I had been looking for a new home for close to 8 months as I am very picky about my location. She found me a wonderful place up in the Lake Simcoe area and drove out several times from of her usual area in Thornhill to show me multiple listings on many different days. I am so grateful to have found her. The passion she has for her work is very obvious once you get to know her. The new place rocks!
