Throughout the home buying experience Miranda was incredibly patient, attentive and thorough. We had some very stringent criteria for a home that she made sure to understand and help us prioritise. Every step of the way it was blatantly apparent that her wealth of experience was a major tool to help us. When it came to selling, Miranda was diligent, fair and realistic when setting expectations. She helped us to stage and lay the property out so that it sold in great time for the perfect amount. We knew all along that Miranda had other clients, but said on several occasions that we felt like we were her only clients. Her attentiveness and availability to us was incredible. I will never use any other realtor.

Miranda is fantastic! I was looking to buy and sell simultaneously and with an aggressive timeline, Miranda managed my expectations and got me everything I needed within my time frame. Everything was in my control, we moved at the pace I wanted and I was never left waiting. While selling, Miranda was invaluable. Her advice on staging and pricing was perfect â€“ In less than a week I had my place staged, listed, and showings booked every day. In the end, I sold in great time and for more than I expected. I had strict criteria for buying and Miranda helped me find and prioritize properties to go see. She was thorough when doing a walk-through and diligent with getting answers to any question I could think of (including ones I couldnâ€™t). I couldnâ€™t be happier with how everything turned out. I got exactly what I wanted, within budget, and in less time than I thought possible. I will definitely be calling Miranda when it comes time to buy or sell again.

I have the best real estate agent in the world. I could never do what she does for a living. So much harder than it sounds. After all this, I can't imagine ever trying to sell privately. Miranda you are amazing and talented! A complete natural. Fair, honest and SO hard working. You truly put your whole heart into it. I am forever impressed by your professionalism and determination.
