shame, shame

Diamond Davis was supposed to be my realtor. She lowered the price of my home, without my permission. By 34,000$. Did not communicate offers and even placed the sign in the wrong spot. In my opinion Diamond Davis and Front Page Properties are unprofessional and less than honest at best. I would not recommend them to anyone.

The Glam Team did a great job in helping me find a home. They were very knowledgeable about the city. They were great in helping me with the process. Thanks so much! Keep up the good work.

I've had the pleasure of working with Kim Page at Front Page Realty. She saved my family home and stopped my family from being evicted due to foreclosure. Kim and her team were right on time. She explained to me and my family foreclosure rights that I didn't even know I had. Kim went right to work without charging me 1 thin dime. They took a chance on me so I had to say something about them. Thank you Kim. We love what you did for me and my family. I have also recommended Front Page Realty to others.

The Page Team has sold many homes for us throughout the years since 2000. They are very experienced and great at what they do. Very professional and knows Detroit.

FPR does not deserve the one star I gave them but I had to pick one. However my experience with Darryl has been by far the worst experience EVER I do NOT!! recommend Front Page Realty to anyone. They are liars and con artist they are thieves I have even them money for the home and has yet to receive keys or my money back. It's now been over a month and no phone call never again would I ever trust any relater with out doing my research

I recently purchased my first home; the seller used Front Page Realty to sell their home. The agents name was Kim Page. The seller had 30 days to vacate after closing. However the seller insisted she would not need the full 30 days and the agent promised to give occasional updates if timing changed. My agent reached out to Kim Page multiple times. Kim was completely unprofessional; she completely stopped responding to text messages and phone calls. When she would respond it was to say she was in school and would call later, which she never did. After multiple attempts by my agent, Kim's husband responded by saying they had been paid at closing and they were DONE!!! I would caution anyone who was looking to do business with Front Page Realty; after they get paid you’re on your own. Buying a home is supposed to be an exciting time, do you want a realtor/broker who walks away after payment and makes the experience fill you with regret and makes you feel violated. Lastly I would like to clarify that even if the situation was that the seller had stop communicating with Kim, the as a professional courtesy she could have just explained this to my agent. Instead she completely stopped communicating and then had her husband explain, they had been paid, it was over. When my agent explained that this is not the way it’s done and what about professional courtesy, he responded with, well she gave concessions. I would hate for anyone to experience the feeling that I am having right now and it to be exacerbated by an unprofessional, "only interested in my pay day" agent. Absolute worst experience!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
