I will not be doing business here again. We found a rental property for our family through David yankovic. We struck a deal to move into the home early without paying for a week because they house still needed work and we agreed to do it. We took really good care of the property. I am an insane neat freak and take great pride in where we live. Again and again the land Lord was either over seas and unreachable or he was shirking off on fixing serious safety and structural concerns. Including not paying us back for fixing the toliet, animals trying to burrow in the home under the siding, no smoke detectors for months, dryer broke twice and we waited a month for it to get fixed the first time. We finally were fed up with the high rent with little concern the land lord was giving to fixing anything. We struck an agreement to move out 1 month early from our 1 year lease agreement. David and the land lord agreed the would look to find a tenant to fill a new lease by when we moved. I agreed to send them photos to help the home find a new tenant. If they couldn't find a tenant by that time we agreed the remainder of our security deposit was theirs. They never looked for another tenant. Never posted online. I found a couple prospective tenants to call remax and talk to David. To this day we were not given back our remainder of the security deposit. Nor were we given a letter stating they were keeping the deposit. Serious dishonesty with remaxs David yankovic and the land lord.

Had a long business relationship with DAVID YANKOVICH. We buy multi-unit properties throughout Michigan. We bought four properties from David! Another realtor contacts us to work with him if we buy properties from him and the realtor will give us a commission since we buy a lot of properties so we decided to ask David if he is interested in what the other realtor offer and he accepted. On the day the house closed, David started asking us if we will pay taxes for the commission, which we accepted and he said I will call you tomorrow. The next day, David refused he never accepted the deal. We trusted him since we have bought four properties through him. His Christian faith made us trust him( That's the one thing that connects us to David and different other factors which are personal) Other people, he works with never like his personality but we defended him on multiple occasions. Even when our mortgage company didn't want to answer his phone calls because he was always rude to everyone he talks to, we defended him. I cannot longer trust him or want to associate with a realtor who is not honest( realtor holds your most important information to submit your offers) ! I'm happy he will not be selling our former property in spring( I almost wanted to ask him before all this unfold but decided to wait until the buying process of our Royal Oak property is complete)
