Great service! Chloe was a fantastic realtor. Very knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process of buying my first home. She was also great at dealing with homeowners, inspectors, lawyers and other realtors to make sure i had all the information and that everything was acceptable. I never felt pressured to make offers I was unsure about and always felt like she had my best interests in mind. I would highly recommend her and this service to anyone looking to buy property!

I want to thank Maxence Renaud and Chloe Chapoulie for their professional and knowledgeable advice during my whole process of buying a property in Montreal. Maxence was with me from the beginning of the purchase not only showing me properties but also following up with the one I decided to buy. He always went the beyond the mile explaining me in detail the real state system in Quebec. At the same time, he not only negotiated with the other part in order for me to acquire the property I liked but also making sure the transition of the property was smooth and on time. I must thank them both thoroughly for their full support as I was not aware of how real state works in Montreal, QC; Maxence was available to my calls and other correspondence any time of the day explaining me, and guiding me on what to do.
