I had the honour of working with Driss Lemrini and I have to say that the service was outstanding from start to finish. He is meticulous and well mannered, he went above and beyond to find exactly what I was looking for and was able to communicate in both French and English. I recommend his service for anyone looking to buy or sell. He is professional and he really loves what he does. He made us feel comfortable and not pressured. Reccomended to all our friends and family for future!!

That was a very good experience for me and my wife. Didn’t know that things could have gone so fast. When I’ve started with Vincent Gutta, and Marie-Christine Jean, I didn’t expect to have my own house 2 months after. Thank you for your professionalism and dedication. Your team rocks and we are grateful we have crossed paths.

amazing experience from start to finish. They were knowledgeable, professional, and always quick to respond to my questions. Their market expertise helped me find the perfect property at the right price, and they guided me through every step of the process with patience and care. I truly felt supported the whole way. Highly recommend them to anyone buying or selling real estate!”

We had the absolute privilege of working with Vince Gutta as first-time homeowners, and words truly can’t capture how blessed and grateful we are. From the very beginning, Vince made us feel like family—kind, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in guiding us through every step of buying our first home. His warm, family-oriented approach and incredible attention to detail turned what could’ve been a nerve-wracking process into an exciting, joyful adventure. Vince went above and beyond in every possible way, always making us feel supported, informed, and cared for. We honestly couldn’t have asked for a better realtor. Thank you, Vince, from the bottom of our hearts—you made this journey so special!
