Même pas capable de faire fonctionner les escaliers roulant de la pyramide à la sortie du Métro...les connaissant c'est certain que c'est pour sauver quelques dollards😥

Je suis locataire depuis plusieurs années à la Pyramide à Ste-Foy. GCS a redressé ce centre, même Dollorama s'y est installé, ils sont en constante rénovation esthétique, ils ont fait un bijou avec un ancien taudis. Chapeau GCS et son équipe.

J'ai eu un différent avec une personne dont je ne connais pas le prénom qui travail pour la compagnie GCS et je ne sais pas d'ou ils engagent leur employés mais celle a qui j'ai parlé a un manque flagrant de savoir vivre et de respect . Je trouve INNACEPTABLE de discuter avec quelqu'un qui m'a a la fois insulté , jugé , ri en pleine face et meme menacé !Je crois que c'est un gros problem dans votre établissement car a lire les autres commentaire je ne suis pas la premiere qui s'est faite '' rire dans face '' Vous avez l'air a vous prendre pour une compagnie qui fait des millions alors que vous avez dla misere a remplir vos mandats . Pour ma part je déconseille ce groupe a quiconque veut faire affaire avec eux . Vous vous '' crisser '' completement de vos clients c'est exactement ce que la personne a qui j'ai parlé m'a dit . Peut-etre devriez-vous investir dans un meilleur personnel se serait beaucoup plus rentable pour vous . Car moi , faire affaire avec une compagnie qui dit ouvertement '' se foutre '' de ses clients je vous banierais. Le groupe GCS est une compagnie de broche a foin et j'aurais honte de faire affaire avec eux .
