Craig is fantastic. He represented us as buyers and as sellers for our existing home. His knowledge of the market in our price range and location helped us make well informed offers. We feel like to paid a very fair price for our new home. Craig also was able to get us quite a few offers on our existing home including one at our asking price. Chestnut Hill is not the Walmart of realty companies - their service is unique and personal. Unfortunately we love our new home and probably won't need their services for a while!
