Une des pires expérience professionnelle, Albert Brandt m'a traité comme un moins que rien car j'ai fait faire une contre expertise pour un puit artésien, il m'a traité de fu...... paranoïaque à quatre reprises et il voulait que je paie pour son déplacement( lui qui s'est seulement déplacé une fois pour la première visite) il me lançait des bêtises en anglais sûrement parce que ses émotions de colères sortent mieux dans cette langue... N'oublions pas que je suis acheteur d'une résidence d'une cliente qu'il représente, un simple intermédiaire que j'aurais aimé mieux ne jamais rencontré. Une chance que ma conjointe et moi voulions vraiment cette demeure car il faisait perdre la vente à sa cliente... Bref il peut bien avoir le monopole qu'il veut pour moi c'est un cancer pour sa profession car il se croit au dessus de tout, très hautain il se prend pour un demi-dieux... M. Brandt: - il n'y a pas de sous métier mais n'oubliez pas que vous n'êtes qu'un simple " vendeu " de maison qui valent un peu plus cher qu'ailleurs, vous êtes loin du chirurgien spécialiste, et loin d'avoir de la classe au contraire vous êtes ce que l'ont pourrais appeler un petit Homme, sans respect pour autrui ou du moins pas pour ceux qui achète des maisons sous la barre du million. Un conseil Au futur client de cette personne, soyez indulgent envers lui il n'aime pas se déplacer pour vous mais il le fait savoir à vos futurs acheteurs. J'espère que ceci vous aidera à prendre une décision éclairée pour votre futur agent... pssst il n'y a pas juste lui.
