Honestly the rent is cheap which is nice. I was happy living there until there was (still is) a cockroach issue. After calling multiple times the issue still isn't fixed, even though the exterminators say my apartment is not the issue. I know more than one building has cockroaches. On top of that, every time I call I get contradicting information about what I should do and how I should prepare for the exterminators to visit. I was also told if I didn't do such things I would be charged for their visit. Yet again, when I called at another given time I was told I didn't have to do such things (the person denied giving me the initial preparation information). Also, 12 days after calling them about the cockroach issue (for the 4th time), they came into my apartment without my consent and without giving me a 24 hour notice. Looking forward to moving in July.

Since we have a new owner, (since mid 2017),there is also a new manager and she is unfriendly, uncooperative, and really not helpful. Twice now I have called with problems in my apartment and the first time I was told to go buy something and fix it myself. The second time, our toilet was broken on Saturday morning and I was told to flush it with a bucket of water because they could not fix it until Monday. Also my wife this sommer advised of a situation in the parking lot and the manager said 'why don'T you go tell him yourself' sorry but if one of the residents is not respecting the rules, it is not up to us to manage the parking lot. I can only say that we are not the only ones who are very unhappy with the attitude and poor service we are now getting. I was happy here until now but with this kind of service, I am really getting the itch to leave!!!
