Andrew knew exactly what type of house I was looking for and gave me a lot of really good feedback and advice in waiting for the right one to come around. He was savvy with all aspects of a home and was great at communicating that. In the end, I got an amazing house thanks to Andrew's dedication and experience. Would recommend him to anyone.

Great experience on both selling and buying Andrew diligently worked with our family for over a gear to slowly and methodically find the perfect home for us. We never felt rushed and Andrew stayed on top of all the listings and sorted through them every day to find one that eventually met our needs perfectly. On the selling end, Andrew worked with us and recommended some easy ideas for around the house that would ensure that our home would show perfectly. He encouraged us that if things are priced right and the product is good, that a home would move fast.....and he was correct. He made the selling process both easy and smooth..... and most importantly, fast!

Andrew helped us with the process of building our first home. He was the one that suggested it for us and it was such a great experience! Even tho we dealt with the building company for most of it, he joined us at every meeting giving us insight on what would be best for our home and future selling features. After all said and done he came and saw the finish product and still keeps in contact. Andrew is so knowledgeable and so honest. After our awesome experience, we will definitely be using Andrew for our realtor in the future!

It was a real pleasure working with Andrew. We flew into Regina for a weekend and he gave us his entire weekend to tour us around the city. Besides getting us into every house we wanted to see, he also gave us a great education about the city, and we left after a couple of days feeling like we really knew it. If you are looking for someone that is honest and full of integrity, this is your guy. In every single house we visited, Andrew was able to give us information about the builder, structure of the house, and bits of information for past clients that have lived in a similar house.
