Knowledgeable, reliable and a pleasure to work with. We found Terrie's understanding of the city and the changing Regina market to be a real asset, from the moment we decided to sell to the moment the deal was closed. She was up front and honest with us when she thought a repair was needed to get more value from our house, and despite the fact we'd rather not have had to spend the money, she was right. She took our goals and worked within the market to get us the best price we could. When we asked for advice at any point in the process, she was ready to give it. She can be no-nonsense when it's serious business, but she has a sense of humour that helps her work with almost any type of customer.

Working with Terrie to sell my house was a very positive experience . She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable and gets results. I had no experience selling a house, but Terrie explained everything so well from the start, I felt comfortable and well prepared with the process. I highly recommend her. She is amazing.

Great realtor - knows the city, knows the houses, knows the lenders, and a strong negotiator. Very knowledgeable, Very capable, Very able... and gives you a sense you are safe in her hands. Peace of mind! Like her too! Highly recommend.. above the rest!
