Shitiest company in saskatoon, there verry good at harassing people if you misspayment even just a month, even they ask for one month rent deposits. And they will not return your advance payment because of cleaning fee even you clean up yourself the property, and the comercial manager is the rudest person.Never rent from this company anymore!!!!

A warm, engaging and friendly reception from Staci and HR Specialist Pam, are what you will encounter in this stunningly beautiful character building. Thank you for making me feel welcome. ICR demonstrates integrity and infuses personality in all their dealings, which is very refreshing!

First of all, the cleaning company that ICR uses for some of their high rises are some of the rudest people. They slam the vacuum cleaner into my door and wake my kids up almost every time they do it. As I confront them about the issue they claim they do not speak English. Second of all, ICR puts up water shut off notices in the elevators for the next day, except they are back dated by 3 days. (example: Notice was put up October 1st, 2018 for the water to be shut off from October 2nd to October 4th, but dated September 28th, 2018.) no this was not an event of me not seeing it as I left earlier that afternoon and returned around supper time and the notice was up. So all that and they shut the water off on the 5th. Not a whole lot of happy people. And the manager for our location, Tara, does not seem to have any sympathy for people. I emailed her regarding the laundry on our floor being non usable and they had shut the water off, but that shut the water off for our 2in1 in our apartment, so now we have to search through 20 floors of laundry rooms to find an empty one. No sympathy from her, she said "we are attempting to get it done as quick as possible." Yeah, but no one has even been in the laundry room in 3 WEEKS!! I call B.S. on the fact that they are "working on it." I am on mat leave so I am home all day everyday. I know when the workers are in there because they also have no respect to the fact that people live on the other side of the wall from the laundry room. I have never heard such loud banging and slamming of things. I will never rent a property that ICR runs and I will make sure to let people know how terrible of a company they are. Thank you ICR for calling me and understanding my concerns. Really appreciate the explanations as well.
