Slade was excellent to work with. He sold my home quickly and efficiently. He answers my queries very promptly and I very much appreciate that. He connected me with a broker for when I'm ready to re purchase and helped me obtain a "lost" deposit with a builder in saskatoon for which I am super grateful. I would definitely recommend Slade and will be calling him for my next purchase!!

I have bought 4 homes and sold 3 through Slade. He has always been professional and communicative throughout the process and has always kept my best interest in mind. On my last sale and purchase, the people purchasing my former house backed out at the last minute. This left me in a bad position and could have possibly missed out on my current home. Within 2 days Slade had a new buyer with a larger offer than before. I was incredibly impressed with how hard Slade worked to ensure I got my current house because he knew I really wanted it.
