My husband and I decided to downsize from our home to a condo after the kids flew the coop! We were pleasantly surprised to find our new home just around the corner in Rosewood. We stopped into the show home and Gail Soehn with E & M Real Estate group answered all of our questions. After a tour of the condo, built by GDP Group of Companies, we were sold! The layout and design are awesome...we went back to see Gail and she helped us fill out all the necessary paperwork. Easy! She's very efficient and was a pleasure to work with. It's been two weeks since we moved in and we are loving it...best of all is the Clubhouse with pool and hot tub! Thanks Gail for your help and GDP for your efforts to get us moved in on time.

I've recently taken possession of my brand new Astoria condo in rosewood and am more than happy with the outcome! the builders at GDP Astoria were very accommodating in letting us view the condo while under construction all the way up until it was finished. The end result is everything I wanted it to be. I have a big open kitchen with beautiful granite counter tops, sharp looking cabinets and a huge island to entertain family and friends. Thanks to the builders at GDP Astoria for having my condo ready by possession date and also a big thank you to E&M Real estate and Gail Soehn for making the process of purchasing this condo very pleasant.

Our new home from GDP is very warm and cozy feeling with bright light shinning through the large windows and balcony door. The craftsmanship on the floors is gorgeous and what a warm and beautiful color. The floor compliments the cabinets (with soft door closures) and the elegant Quartz countertop. The size of the condo is perfect for my husband and I and lots of extra room for family and friends. We are also excited to be able to access the club house for our entertainment and leisure. Thank you GDP, E & M Real Estate Group and E & M Real Estate agent Gail Soehn, we now have a place we can call home!!

I recently got the keys to my condo at Astoria and I am thrilled. This condo reflects GDPs quality work in every possible way. The dark wood floors are beautiful, and having walk in closets in both rooms is a huge bonus. The kitchen is something I've dreamed about for a long time but didn't think was possible for my first home, I love it! A special thanks to Jason, the site manager for the project. He's been extremely helpful from the start and his willingness to go above and beyond doesn't go unnoticed ! Thanks GDP for the quality work and all of your support through the the buying process.
