Had a wonderful experience dealing with Icon for our new counters. Everyone from our initial contact right up to the final measures and install was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. We ended up with a gorgeous quartzite that we absolutely love. Thank you Icon for making this such a positive experience. I would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Jean, I wanted to reach out to you personally to say thanks, Sir. For looking after our kitchen island, from start to finish. Your team at Icon (Lucille and others) showed Pat and I nothing but professional respect and genuine interest, in helping choose what was right for us, and not simply what might be easiest for Icon. The selection process and advice; site measurement along with all the variables to consider; and actual install ….. were all a pleasure! Pat wanted me to make special mention of the two installers (Sebastian & David) that did the final install…….. what a great duo you have on your team Casey!!! All the best for 2018 and beyond, and thanks again for everything……. It looks AWESOME!!! Cheers, Brad

I recently had my kitchen back splash changed by ICON.The product (Fiandre porcelain slab) was installed over my existing tile. This is a relatively new way to update a back splash without having to undertake a major renovation (remove tile, drywall etc). From start to finish I could not be happier. The staff were very knowledgeable and great to deal with. Templating and measurements were so precise and the fit was perfect. The installer was very experienced and had special training in handling this porcelain product. Thank you ICON for doing such a great job!

I have been using Icon for about 10 years for my kitchen and bath renovations. With my last 5 or 6 jobs i have had nothing but issues.Everything from installers to production.Installers dripping seams adhesive on new cabinet doors and then using acetone to remove it.Was never compensated for my time to remove doors, deliver to cabinet maker for refinishing and reinstalling.I estimated that this alone cost me $600.00 in time and paying cabinet makers.Production cutting backsplash 1/4 inch narrower on one end and polishing the wrong end. This happened more than once.Where is the quality control. My recent issue was my client paid for her island top in full.I submitted my blue prints on June 9 so your person in the back could do drawings for final approval.I went to your office on June 28th to see what was going on.The sales person who looked after the job talked to the person in the back and was told they were having water filtration problems and she was behind.I am not sure what water filtration has to do with looking at a rectangle piece of quartz and sending off a drawing for approval. If i had not gone to the office who knows how long it would have been.I received the drawings later that day.I have also waited a month for a simple bathroom vanity.I am sorry but this company needs to take a hard look at their operation.Contractors cannot afford to operate this way.
