Walked in to look at tile and the person at the front counter didn’t even look up to acknowledge us when we walked in, ask if we needed help after being there for 10 mins in the showroom, while we were 5 feet from her desk, or when we left to leave out of frustration. Complete turn off and reflects on the business.

A flooring store placed an order and told the person taking the order we are on our way. Your website shows you are open until 4:30pm. Google shows you are open until 4:30pm. Why was the flooring store not told you would be closing early? I would not have traveled in rush hour holding my actively working contractors time back. I arrived at 4:01pm. Two ladies were standing out front the store, they bolted in opposite directions when I pulled in. That was very unprofessional. When I asked (the next day)how long the store has been closing at 4pm the employee I asked could not provide an answer.

Had a great experience with Jessica! I needed a grout color to match an old color that had been discontinued by the manufacture. Jessica was able to provide a sample from the old manufacture, then match it to a new color. Just like that I was taken care of and on my way. That is imnportant to a small contractor thus as myself. I will give them more of my business.
