Floor Sale consult experience was great Estimator came by to measure and take pictures. Waited about a week or two for the quote. no phone called. So I have to stop by to ask for the quote 1. They all busy, losing 1 customer is probably fine with them. 2. We need them, they don't need us

We went to CAT1 during the process of building our new home. Krista was absolutely amazing and so knowledgeable. She helped us make our vision come to life. She has excellent recommendations and great taste. She helped us with vinyl plank flooring, carpet, backsplash as well as our custom tile shower. She was very accommodating and so helpful. I would absolutely recommend CAT1 and especially Krista.

Please don’t make the same mistake we did by going here. 15 months later and we are still in this nightmare. After 1 year our carpet looks like the 15 year old stuff it replaced and linoleum keeps bubbling. We put all our savings into these renos. Counter installer damaged our archway, left all the garbage and we had to haul away, dripped brown glue down bathroom wall, the carpet installer flooded water through our ceiling to basement, baseboards weren’t put back on the same and there is space between the boards and wall. Counters had huge gap that they had to put trim under after we complained, had nicks on them and had to be fixed tiles were cracked and grouted over. People that come over say I thought you were getting carpet done because so worn already looks old and entries into living room flat as a board such an eyesore. Have complained to sales associates, managers and the owner but things are still going wrong over a year later. They take forever to return your call and even were hurtful by complaining about my long voicemails. They keep coming back to fix which I appreciate but takes so much to get them to come and the owner seems so annoyed at a situation that is not my family’s fault. Now having to look into getting another company in to fix and replace. Spent all this money and might as well have left it the way it was because we aren’t any happier after this nightmare that won’t end. They told us to get a carpet cleaning and of course that did absolutely nothing. Offered us a $100 gift card to a restaurant to wipe their hands of this so insulting. Please don’t put yourself through this I wouldn’t wish this unending reno nightmare on anyone.
