If I could do more than 5 stars I would. I had been a lot of stone places in Redmond to finish my project and I can absolutely say NW Granite was the best. Sergiu warmly welcomed us to the store, offered us design feedback and truly helped us on our search. I would highly recommend him and this company! It’s very easy to deal with these guys.

I'm greatly disappointed in my experience with Northwest Granite and Marble. At this point in time, I would not recommend them. The end result is that my kitchen has uneven countertops. My wife and I carefully researched the entire process, visited numerous showrooms, and got multiple quotes in looking for a new kitchen countertop. We ended up ultimately choosing Northwest Granite and Marble since they had the most competitive bid. Since our cabinetry was installed about eight years ago, I was very deliberate in bringing out a cabinet specialist to ensure everything was plum and level. They carefully measured everything and found a few height discrepancies 1/6" to 1/8" which is very normal with older cabinets. They explained that some basic shims would need to be put in to ensure everything would be installed level. Malea (who on a positive note was very friendly and pleasant to work with) assured me that this wouldn't be a problem and is totally normal. Unfortunately on installation day the crew only installed one shims on one side of the counter to ensure the seam would be seamless (between the two counter pieces). This created a sloping countertop. The owner and Malea came out to visit after I expressed my concerns. They believed the everything "looked great" and was necessary to "keep the integrity of the seam". If this is truly a normal outcome for them, then I would be wary of hiring them. I ultimately ended up with a crooked kitchen countertop. The cost to fix will likely be over 5k. I would not recommend NW Granite at this point. Hopefully they will offer a solution or settlement for me. To spend this much money on a upgraded kitchen and to end up with this result is very disappointing.
