I picked up tile and grout for my backsplash project. The staff was very helpful, I checked out multiple samples and they helped me pick a grout color. The product looks great in my kitchen, and they were great about letting me return unused product, which makes my project more cost effective. They are great about getting items in stock as soon as possible. When you check out some of the samples you pay a $10 fee but it is fully refunded or applies to your project. Great customer service!!

Victoria is a pleasure to work with. She gave us lots of good ideas and creative suggestions and really listened to what our particular needs were for our fireplace. She patiently answered our many questions. They have a large, varied selection of stone and marble and dozens and dozens of trims. I recommend Portland Direct without reservation.

The customer service in Portland Direct is wonderful. Very wide options of tile and really good prices. Don’t waste your time diving in other stores, just go to Portland Direct!

We had a great experience working with Portland Direct Tile & Marble. We purchased counter top slabs and backsplash and floor tile. Victoria spent a significant amount of time with us discussing different options, and I would say biggest help was facilitating cutting 180 square feet of 12 inch by 24 inch tiles into 6 inch by 24 inch so we could have a herringbone pattern for our kitchen floor. Very friendly and willing to help!
