Really tough to make an order. We have put our order in multiple times and they keep saying they don't have it. They also won't talk to you unless you're a contractor... so we can't help our contractor out by tracking down the order since they won't even deal with us. We've had to pay our contractor several extra hours of work just to track down orders. It's been such a huge headache. I'd absolutely avoid these guys if at all possible. We regret ordering through them and will not be ordering again once we finish this project.

Pental has been a staple in our collection here at Urbanata! They have something for everyone and we love the modern tile lines that they have been bringing out! Pental is a wholesaler only and can not sell to the general public. They rely on dealers like us to assist clients in finding the right tile for your home.

Worst will call experience I've ever had. Lazy and not helpful.

Pental has a broad selection of granite, quartzite and marble. We found then to have the best quality stone of all the options in sodo.

We shopped for tile in Pental for 3 or 4 times already. They have unique staff that you won't find around. Definitely check them out. But beware, they don't sell to public, your installer will have to purchase for you. Good luck!
