Horrible customer service. Takes too long to get a simple quote.

We just finished having new granite installed. Everyone at Percoco Marble went out of their way to make sure we were happy with the finished product. I had checked with several discount granite places and decided to use Percoco Marble because of their professionalism and expertise. What a great surprise to find they actually beat the discount stores price. Thanks for a job well done in a timely manner

Joe Percoco abandoned our granite job the first day. QUIT After over a month of planning and delays, three of his employees brought the granite fabricated per his design to our home for installation. After over half day the pieces were not fitting together or to our understanding. Percoco was not on the site to assist with his design. I waited this long for installation of a small but complicated design and he schedules it on a day where he would be at a seminar! The employees left abruptly without explanation. Joe Percoco never talked to us. A call to him the following morning found a volatile and irritable Percoco. No recognition or apology for our inconvenience. No sense of where he was going with our job. We asked for a call at the end of the day. Four days later he left a voice mail on a Friday night that he didn't want to continue with project! Again, no explanation, no apology, no attempt to talk to us personally. The customer is an annoyance to him. He works on his terms, time and temper. Look elsewhere.
