DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT do business at this place. The owner, Jen, is dishonest. She will take your deposit money but never deliver on her contract. She will make excuses, lead you on, and make up lies why your job is not done. Then, she will not answer phone calls, texts or emails. Good luck getting a refund from her. Buyer beware!

The receptionist was unfriendly and unhelpful. We left and bought our flooring elsewhere.

Our experience with these people started out well till they came to do a bathroom prefab counter install which was the most sensible way for us to remodel our 1/2 bath prior to moving. Then they arrived and while installers were nearly done they were missing a piece of the backsplash. We prepaid the install with a lady named Jen (perhaps one of the owners) and worked out a good deal with my wife that finalized the deal with her at their location in Castaic. She specifically told Jen she wanted a backsplash however this gal Stephanie begins to change my story with my wife's and wants another $95 for an incomplete backsplash. To top it off, the backsplash color doesn't even match the countertop!! Long story,..they were trying to gouge us for another $95 with an incomplete install because they undersold the deal. I'm having them take out the installed backsplash and will make sure I tell everyone I know in the SCV how misleading Stephanie is that she intended to cross my story with my wife's so we have a misunderstanding and make us accountable for their error. Bad business,...really bad way to conduct business.
