We had them remodel our bathroom in tile. The tile was a decent price and looks nice but many problems came with the labor end. The tile workers they sent over were good, they worked and did a good job. The same could not be said of the office. Their communication was terrible throughout the entire process. We never knew when people were going come to the house, we never knew when things were out of stock or back-ordered. We had to call them almost every day to figure out what was going on. The plumber they sent was a total amateur and all the work he did had to be redone (it was simple hooking up the sink and toilet). It took them over a week to send someone to do the splash guard. If it wasn't for the tile contractor the whole thing would have been a disaster. He is the sole reason for the 3 stars. I would recommend only buying the tile from here and finding a good contractor yourself to do the work. Sadly this was STILL more professional than another remodel place we looked at.

There should be a negative rating for how HORRIBLE this place is! Danette is rude and unprofessional. She cannot add or figure measurement correctly... I had to call her and recheck her math multiple times. I took 3 days off of work to sit at home while the worker left two different days for HOURS to purchase new drill bits, exchange saws, and pick up product because they came unprepared each day. My granite was cut too short in multiple places, backsplash tile was crooked, gaps, absolute unprofessional job. The bathroom is a complete joke... wrong colored tiles placed crooked on the wall, the corners look like someone drank 3 bottles of wine and decided to tile a bathroom. I was shorted 2 tiles that were $34 each... shorted granite pieces that were paid for in full, my new $2000 stove had plaster water all over, as did my black car, porch, driveway and street. I asked for contractors license numbers which have never been produces, and these are just a handful of the issues I am dealing with... EVERYTHING must be ripped out and redone. This has been going on for about 2 months now...RUN AWAY FROM THIS RIDICULOUS PLACE!!!!
