We are in full Reno mode, and I have been to Rona daily for the last few weeks! The staff there have been AWESOME! Bravo to Brian at the special orders desk! He’s so patient with all my questions and has answers for everything! The ladies at the contractors desk are so happy to help out as well. And one particular lady in the paint department was incredible with info about restoring my deck! Great team!

Went to pick up flooring that was confirmed to be in stock. We were told at the counter that the flooring was in stock but it would be best to order it online in order to "prompt a staff member to go get it from the back". We asked again as we were in the store and then were told it was on pallets so we couldn't get it while in store and again were told to order online . So we left the store and ordered online for the two hour pick up window. After the order was placed we were emailed and told that our order could not be picked up in the two hour window and would now have to wait to be called back to pick up our flooring . I don't normally write reviews like this but, I was literally amazed that we were told to leave and order online for an in stock item . This is why Amazon is beating you and everyone else, Rona . We have cancelled our personal and contractor accounts and will be purchasing at a competitor from now on.

Decided I was going to buy new exterior doors, saw that they install so I left my information for an install tech to contact me. She notifies me that they are “in between install techs” 3 days goes by no call, so I go back and leave my info again. A few days go by still nothing. So I call again and am notified by Bryan I have to pay $50 and someone will come the next day, so I did. Nobody called but 3 days later I got an email saying someone would contact me within 2 business days, that was 4 days ago. I called and emailed again and nothing. This is by far the worst customer service I’ve experienced in my renovation project. If I wanted this kind of service I’d have hired someone off of kijiji.

Well, the trip I made today to this Rona has confirmed to me that Rona is just not an option. I left with barely anything I was looking for. Sorry to say, but they suck. Won't be going back.

I've always had goid experiences at this store whenever I am doing the handyman thing in Leduc. I find the store well supplied to match the generations of homes around it.
