We are very pleased with our new countertops, Greg and his crew did a great job installing the granite. We selected our tile from 23 mile road Tile and Stone. Jennifer K helped us select our back splash tile which compliments our counter tops beautifully. We are very pleased with our tile, counter tops, flooring and all the help we had. Excellent job with everyone we worked with. Doug and Yvonne Pastewski

Told my tile would take 2-3 weeks to come in, but the actual time it took was 7 weeks. Had to reschedule my contractor multiple times. Delivery delay was not properly communicated with me in a timely matter, or not at all. Called a number of times during the 7 week waiting period and never received a call back. I would not recommend this tile place. The sales staff is not friendly at all. There are many other places to chose from in the same area.

In a day in age where customer service seems to get more horrible as time goes on, it seems so rare to talk to someone who you can tell cares & goes over and beyond to help. Whoever Melissa is in that company....she's amazing. The customer service she provided went above and beyond, showed she cared about her job, that company, and seems like just an awesome person all around. I wish there were a million more Melissa's in this world!!! Thanks for making my day, I'll be sure to keep you guys in mind every future project I have.
