I absolutely love my bathroom! Trey is out of the Simpsonville location and was extremely professional and knowledgeable. They did my granite, vanity cabinetry and tile and everything from start to finish was quick, painless and just as he said. I would highly recommend them to anyone. A wonderful experience.

I absolutely love my new granite countertops in the kitchen and bath! Trey made it so easy for me, taking me step by step though the process. A quick turnaround, professional crews to measure, install and seal the granite. Good prices, and exactly what I envisioned! I highly recommend Trey and his team at East Coast Granite in Simpsonville, SC! -Faye Riddle

Love my kitchen and bathroom countertops from the Simpsonville SC location. Granite in the kitchen and marble in the bathrooms. Trey was great in helping me through the selection process. Next is my bathroom floors. Thanks to East Coast Granite. Great job.

I felt the overall transaction was less than professional. I paid a deposit on a Saturday and was told they could make my vanity top 7 days max. 13 days later, I found out my order was never processed and my deposit was never actually submitted. The Salesman never followed through on scheduling our project as he repeatedly said he would and continued to dodge our requests for updates, samples and continued to slide the schedule by not communicating. Main office in Spartanburg also failed to call me after I requested information from their manager upon several failed attempts to contact the local Simpsonville salesman. I would not recommend this company.

We felt the overall transaction was less than professional. Initially, the square footage of granite was incorrectly measured to the tune of over $1000. When brought to their attention, April told my husband (who built our 6000 sq ft home) that she had done this for years and she knew her measurements were right. Guess what, when the template went to the shop, she WAS wrong. Once that was cleared, we were informed that the refund would only be for $700+ because there was a $150 sink cut out charge, $150 stove cut out charge, cost of 25yr sealer. None of these "additional costs" were mentioned prior to the issue of mis-measurement by April nor was it mentioned with the initial quote of over $4000. The most professional part of this transaction was the install group. They were terrific. Considered filing complaint with Better Business Bureau. Would not recommend!
