Tried to get a small project done with Romeos, Called and set up a appointment to have estimate, no one showed up no one called, Checked in the store in person and nothing, set up a new appointment, they came took some measurements and had a look.. weeks later nothing called back no one could tell me anything about my estimate, asked to speak to manger but still was unable to get a estimate or and info. If you did not want to to the job please just say so and I wound not have wasted my time.

We are sorry John to hear about your experience at Romeos Flooring and Stone. You had visited us when we were setting up our new showroom and training our new interior designers. Our showroom renovation is now complete and our certified Interior designers are now fully trained in all aspects of hardwood as well as all our new product lines. (Summer 2014)

An extremely professional company with staff that are punctual, understanding and very technically proficient at their trades. We had are kitchen, washroom and entryway renovated with them for flooring and backsplash and would do so again in a heartbeat. I highly recommend their services.

Very small show room, unorganized and extremely expensive. Staff were friendly, but not highly knowledgeable about the Hardwood they were selling.
