Once arranged with home depo ,crystal took over like a champion, she made it happen. Martin did the measurement and was so respectful, kind, friendly. The installers I think was jack or anyways he was so on point, no dirty shoes, no dents in my 100 year old floors. It went perfectly we had to make some adjustments etc but the process was better then I expected for sure, it wasn’t cheap going for a top quality service & product but it shines like a new penny. Beautiful everything keep up the good work.🥰

Unbelievable experience with your company. Horrible communication, I was always chasing to get an answer. Terrible service and workmanship. You have been to my place 5 times and still not satisfactory. Now, there is a 3/4" gap between the sink and the counter. The sink does not touch the the counter except for a 1" piece you installed because of a previous mistake. Over and over again, this company has not done the job correct. It is not rocket science and this was not a difficult measure or install. You have not met industry standards. Good luck future customers and I am not the only person who feels like I have been screwed.

Great product and workmanship, i didn't like the process of paying for things up front, paying for the measure etc. but after all was said and done, they came in under budget, and the final product is great!

Never get your counter tops from this company. I had my counter tops done by them on May 2nd, in Edmonton. They did a horrible job, they were very unprofessional. I was shocked when I came and saw that the back splash was made out of three pieces instead of one. The direct view is very ugly, the corner was cut improperly, and was attempted to be filled with silicon. I sent an email to the company with pictures of my counter top, they promised me to replace the back splash, and they didn't show up to the agreed upon appointment, they didn't call, and when I called the manager; Felona Best, she made up some story about how my new back splash was misplaced from the warehouse and they cannot find the culprit. She said that she would call me back, of-course she didn't. It seems their company policies and management is very unorganized and hectic, so I'm still waiting for them to fix my counter top and have my money's worth. BTW the instillation appointment was late for 3 hours, I had to call them twice, and they also make stories about traffic in Edmonton. So in conclusion, save your money and time. They work with Home Depot and their contractors suck.

We had a very bad experience with this company. I think we got the lowest grade of Quartz countertops. I got them through Home Depot. We spent $8,000.00 on them. They were installed in a timely manner. A few weeks later I noticed a hair line crack and a blemish looking like a water drop. I called the warranty department. I believe it was Phillis was the contact person, I left a message. Nobody called me back after a few days. I called and left messages over the next several weeks. No one called me back. I finally called the installer and he contacted them. They sent a person to fix the crack. He told me the contact them and they should replace the countertop, he gave me a phone number I call and left messages for the next several weeks. No one call me back, so I went to Home Depot for help. They tried for two weeks finally someone responded, they decided they wanted us to pay them $600.00 to come and look. I said no, I already paided. I got a call two years later from the accountant claiming he was not aware of our issue and would look into our problems, I was hopeful and he seemed sympathetic. We received a email a few days later to tell us our warranty was void and no point in calling back. Our issues were chipping in the outside edge, the undermount was also chipped, the countertop stained easy and the water spot on the sink. We were very disappointed. I am also a Sub Contractor for 40 plus years I have never put a customer through that grief.
